The Icy Hot Medicated XL Back Patch Extra Strength is a 5-1/2 x 9-3/4" patch that temporarily relieves minor pain associated with arthritis, simple backache, bursitis, tendonitis, muscle strains, bruises, muscle sprains, and cramps. The patch is designed to stay in place comfortably and stop pain at the source, providing relief for up to 8 hours.

To use the patch, adults and children over 12 years should remove the backing by grasping both ends firmly and gently pulling until the backing separates. Then, they should carefully remove the smaller portion of the backing and apply the exposed portion of the patch to the affected area. Finally, they should remove the remaining backing to completely apply the patch.

The product should be used as directed, with one patch applied to the affected area and worn for up to 8 hours. It can be repeated as necessary, but no more than 4 times daily. Children 12 years or younger should consult a doctor before using the product.

The product is for external use only and should not be used in conjunction with a heating pad or bandaged tightly. It should also be avoided around the eyes and mucous membranes and should not be applied to wounds or damaged skin.
